Perfect app which help to use more efficiently the boom box Logitech best as always

Trotz Bluetooth-Verbindung App ohne Funktion.

Despite how many times Ive connected my ue mini boom speaker, the app doesnt recognize that my speaker is connected. My sisters (who all also got these speakers for Christmas) also had the same problem. We tried all the troubleshooting tips from the website but the problem is the app continually telling us to "connect a Bluetooth device" even though the speaker is synced to our iphones. Looks like theres still a few bugs to fix with this app.

I echo the previous comment; I have a problem controlling the speakers with this app-I dont even get to the extended settings page- all I get is power on and connect through the devices Bluetooth setting. Disappointing because I love the sound of each speaker and would love to experience the stereo capability...

This app cant find my mini booms i just got two mini booms today and cant use both at the same time as advertised also on the app it says i can use two speakers without using the app but also its not working

I bought the Logitech UE mobile boombox from bestbuy. It sounds great and I was excited to set it up with the app and pair a second unit I was going to buy. Although to a consumer they look exactly the same and are similarly named, the "mobile boombox" doesnt have an app. This isnt the app for that....(but they do look exactly the same to me). Maybe the developers could make it work for the Logitech ones too?

App does not connect to the speaker. Same problem as everyone else. Hopefully its fixed soon.

Was going to buy another speaker to pair together, but thats pointless until they fix the app.

Ive successfully connected two speakers via Bluetooth with no issues. Im enjoying beautiful stereo sound.

So apparently anyone who buys one of these fantastic speakers from best buy is actually buying the UE mobile Boombox, not the Mini Boom which is available at the Apple Store. The speakers look identical in every way except have different part numbers. The Mobile Boombox that many of the reviewers of this app have does not support this app. The mini boom does. When you first connect the speaker it will prompt you to download the companion app. Mine didnt and doesnt get recognized by the app. Its ridiculous that Logitech is offering this speaker in identical physical form with different functionality. The packaging of the one I bought at best buy is completely different than the one sold at the Apple Store (the real mini boom).

I echo the previous comment that the “mini boom” and “mobile boom” are not the same. I believe the “mobile boom” is an older product and it does NOT support this app and neither does it support the doubling feature of using two speakers in stereo. This is highly mis-leading by Logitech/UE as both look IDENTICAL. Check the bottom of your unit to confirm which one that you have.

Without reading the small print, I too was presuming successful use of this app and purchased what I thought was a compatible product. Would be great if this could be made compatible with the UE Mobile Boom as well. Is this even possible??

Works as billed with Mini Boom - but not with the cosmetically identical Mobile Boombox. I returned the former and bought the latter to get stereo pairing. Worth the effort and extra dough.

You need the "Mini Boom" for this to work. NOT the older "Mobile Boombox" They both look the same. This app works great! These are like Version 1.0 and 2.0 of the same device. Check what yours says underneath, itll be written there. Word to the wise folks! Hope it helps.

I thought all the reviews saying the app simply didnt work had to be wrong, but thats been exactly my experience! It refuses to find my speaker, although Im already connected and able to play music through it. It is of course ridiculous that Logitech released this app as is. How rude! Please fix and downplay the marketing angle of the app - thats not why we want to use this app. But then again, if Logitech cared about the user, perhaps the app would actually work.

***Update*** Well its March now and still no fix. Deleting for now. The app doesnt see the speaker. I can play audio from my iPhone to the mini boom via Bluetooth but still no app connection. Please fix!! I would love to be able to use the features that the app offers.

Tried the app with my mini boom on ipad. It doesnt connect. Useless!

I like concept but it wont recognize that my speaker is connected to my iPhone. So the features of this app cannot he utilized. Love the UE products though!
